Your Mission

  • Presentation and sell of golf collection hardware/footwear/apparel
  • Responsible for volume of orders and customer base
  • Regular visit and care of the on-site customer base
  • Documentation in CRM (sales calendar and door list)
  • Operative implementation of sales strategy for the respective category
  • Sales responsibility and impementation of targets
  • Support with budget planning with focus on the managed area
  • Active competition and market monitoring
  • Development and expansion of new business relationships
  • Collaboration with Merchandising and Category Development
  • Planning and implementation of Puma/Cobra test actions and presentation stands and sales booth at golf events and golf fairs (custom fitting)
  • Delivery of forecasts to ensure volume planning on request
  • Contribute at the conception and implementation of sales promotions
  • Plan of conditions/packages for golf specialists and of SMU briefings in consultation with product management
  • Education of product trainers and implementation of product trainings.

Your Talent

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship or similiar
  • Profound sales and field service experience in a dynamic environment
  • Industry or industry-related experience in golf
  • Strong network in golf business
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Profound skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Persuasion skills as well as very good presentation skills
  • Very pronounced rhetorical skills and negotiating skills
  • Team-orientation, commitment and flexibility
