Your Mission

  • A primary function of this role is to apply digital technologies to physical spaces in-store to improve story-telling and drive the overall shopper experience
  • Work cross-functionally across channels and Business Units with the objective of creating and enhancing physical and digital shopper experiences
  • Work hand-in-hand with our global eCommerce team on key projects.
  • Ensure that all digital and physical experiences that are created are applicable broadly and are able to be “taken-down” to a wide variety of retail and trade account stores
  • Responsible for working with regions to implement “core” digital technologies into local stores; examples include: RFiD, Magic Mirrors, Standardized Music, etc.
  • In addition to in-store experiences, this role will focus on working collaboratively to develop and improve PUMA’s online experience including mobile apps, iFrames, gaming, etc.
  • Work with Business Unit teams to grow, manage and maintain existing in-store experiences
  • Work with manager and broader team to build and broaden the role and its scope within the larger organization.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Retail/Trade Marketing, eCommerce, Digital
  • In-depth knowledge of current and upcoming digital trends and technology
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce and/or digital content creation
  • Ability to work cross-functionally as well as proven ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Strong understanding of visual design as it applies to the retail environment
  • A passion for Retail, Digital, eCommerce, Gaming and merging these areas
  • A proven track record of successful management and implementation of complex projects
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and energy
  • Creativity and ability to think out of the box
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent writing, communication and organization skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
