Your Mission

  • The role is primarily in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle, with periodic regional trips as far as Coffs Harbour.
  • Responsible for driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within the assigned territory
  • Delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards
  • Achieve sales and margin targets with assigned Cobra PUMA Golf customers in the designated territory.
  • Complete and maintain an effective sales call cycle on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Develop effective commercial relationships with the customer base that drive market share and revenue for the Cobra PUMA Golf brand.
  • Drive the seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) process in the specified territory with a focus on securing pre-book orders.
  • Be focused on Training and Education of staff in store on Cobra PUMA Golf product. Conduct Cobra PUMA Golf customer demo days as required.
  • Execute visual merchandising to best secure prime space in store, effectively display our product, and assist the store in driving sales and sell-thru.
  • Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on customers and market/competitor activity within designated territory.
  • Timely and effective communication with our customer service and head office team providing them with up to date and accurate information and resolution of issues

Your Talent

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales/Retail or Marketing environment in a Sport, FMCG and Consulting Industry
  • Proficient in MC Office such as excel, powerpoint
  • Strong ability to influence and communicate
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, partners
  • Highly results and goal-orientated
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in business planning and forecasting
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent is advantageous
