Your Mission

  • Directly responsible for ensuring that the country consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability objectives through the effective use of short and long term planning and its budget control;
  • Consistently ensure global policies and procedures in accordance with PUMA's fundamentals and service standards;
  • Responsible for the training, development and career plan that leads retail teams to great results;
  • Ensure through field visit and daily checklist that all store processes are impeccably applied;
  • Strategic and Operational store management, Business Planning, Diagnostics construction and solution design for sales growth and profitability;
  • Hold meetings with the Managers team to align actions and feedbacks;
  • Create innovative business opportunities, identify ways to drive sales in the country and ensure that actions taken lead to goals such as maximizing opportunities;
  • Frequent travel to 100% of stores required, according to local needs;
  • Participate in Earnings Meeting and alignments with Head of Retail, weekly, presenting actions and analysis to overcome results.

Your Talent

  • Proven individual skills in leadership, organization, communication, teamwork, decision making, planning, problem solving, training and development, and analytical skills;
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills;
  • Experience in managing multiple stores;
  • Active communication with all staff levels in global, regional and national teams.
