Coordinator, Product and Stockroom Role

Your Mission

  • Manage product requests for seeding and entertainment programs, working with Senior Managers to ensure product orders are in line with global product Priorities 
  • Support all members of the team on daily product requests and warehouse orders
  • Ongoing communication with internal team, warehouse and customer service partners as required
  • Standard data entry using PUMA product ordering software
  • Maintain detailed tracking list for all orders placed
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing packages for the LA office (shipping + receiving)
  • Responsible for organizing LA office product stock room, including unpacking new product arrivals
  • Must have the ability to recognize product trends and put together product packages accordingly

Your Talent

  • HS Diploma
  • Basic understanding of entertainment and fashion industry; ability to use discretion and demonstrates professional maturity. 
  • Experience with data entry and attention to detail.  Experience ordering product through JESTA a plus
  • Product and/or retail experience preferred, particularly working within the athletic/ lifestyle/ fashion industry
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs
  • Familiarity and interest with both the sport and fashion industries
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
