Your Mission

  • Drive profitable and sustained growth of market shares and create PUMA brand-voice at leading PAN-EU E-COM accounts in line with PUMA strategy
  • Establish professional and future driven business relations with leading PAN-EU E-COM accounts
  • Execution of pre-order and re-order management in an E-Commerce process & operations environment
  • Gather data insights/trends on consumer, product, price, competition, marketing and distribution process to continuously ensure long term growth with strategic accounts
  • Development and implementation of seasonal Key Account go-to-market strategies in close cooperation with the responsible Senior Key Account manager
  • Drive and co-create impactful marketing concepts – focused on digital awareness & performance marketing - with internal and external stakeholders
  • Read/react sell-through data and relevant consumer insights to implement consumer-centric product flows
  • Set, maintain and evaluate commercial KPIs. Regular sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Alignment with marketing, local/global product functions, planning & purchasing to implement PAN-EU growth plans

Your Talent

  • Bachelor degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years sales E-COM experience in sporting goods or fashion industry
  • Analytical and process driven mindset
  • Experience of driving seasonal go-to-market strategies and creating account-specific assortment plans
  • Profound skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Team-orientation, commitment and flexibility
  • Fluent German and English language skills both verbal and written
