Your Mission

  • Update development systems, BOMs, and internal tracking charts
  • Review garments to ensure they correspond with the tech packs
  • Attend relevant meetings such as design reviews, proto review/fittings, and line presentations
  • Researching the market for innovation & newness in trims, materials & technologies to further grow & improve the apparel collection
  • Participation in on-site development trips as required
  • Assist in the costing process to achieve best possible margin targets.

Your Talent

  • 2+  years experience in an apparel development based position
  • College degree in a related field preferred.
  • General knowledge of apparel construction, fabric/trims, costing, and overall manufacturing processes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/seasons at various stages of the development process at the same time.
  • Ability to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office/Adobe Illustrator/Web based applications.
