Your Mission

  • Support budget needs for both PUMA North America (PNA) & Central Marketing including the collection and submission of forecasts and budget.
  • Key stakeholder in the PNA Marketing Budget process including maintaining the marketing budget to reflect current budgets and spends by using an internal tracking system.
  • Attend PNA monthly budget meetings with all budget owners.
  • Assist in year-end budget management including PNA marketing accrual process.
  • Plan and track all marketing travel budgets for PNA Marketing.
  • Monitor, route and maintain both PNA and Central invoicing systems.
  • Internal contact for recharge requests and invoice questions including payment status.
  • Assist in the preparation of all marketing financial presentations including the Board Presentation.
  • Enhance existing process documentation and financial reporting.
  • Lead and assist ad hoc projects.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting or Finance (or related field).
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, accounting and/or finance related role.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Should be self-motivated.
  • Experience in budgeting and analysis, a plus.
  • Travel to the North American Headquarters in Westford, MA monthly.
