Your Mission

  • Account Management Assistance
    • Help compile and analyze Sales Reports on a weekly basis from accounts
    • Assist in sales forecasting analysis
    • Assist with tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery to Key Accounts
    • Assistance with entering returns and markdowns in the Sales Management System
    • Assist with customer order maintenance including managing B2B order entry
    • Enter at once orders into B2B
    • Pull UPC code information as accounts request.
    • Help in seasonal product setup and creation for e-commerce accounts
  • Communicate with Buyers to schedule meetings with Sales Reps and provide updates product,
  • Monitor and organize selling reports from Key Accounts,
  • Schedule appointments for summits, team offsites and Key Account meetings.
  • Assist with Showroom set ups in preparation of Account meetings, as well understanding product SKUs including collections, colors and pricing.
  • Participate in sales market appointments in the Showroom and at Tradeshows, managing product setup and breakdown.
  • Key point of contact regarding showroom sample management and organization
  • Maintain the “Available to Sell” report on a weekly basis and create picture packets,
  • Assist the Sales Team with special projects as needed

Your Talent

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in footwear or apparel industry, or similar field.
  • Familiarity with Retail Math, strong analytical, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be capable of learning new systems.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Must have strong initiative, high energy, and be detail oriented.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with all levels within and outside the company.
  • Travel 10%.
