Your Mission

  • Responsible for the conception, implementation and evaluation of the communication measures for the sports performance sector (focus on team sports), including the performance social media channels of PUMA
  • Planning, creation and generation of performance content for the communication channels relevant to the target group
  • Planning and implementation of media, social media and influencer campaigns to support the sale of the most important performance products
  • Planning, implementation and support for events (product launch events, store events, PR shootings, PR days)
  • Support and servicing of contractual performance brand ambassadors (athletes, players, influencers) including contract negotiations with the management as well as contract drafting in cooperation with the legal department
  • Responsible for the activation of contractual performance contractors and brand ambassadors/influencers in DACH (clubs, athletes, players, influencers) including the communication of the most important product initiatives as well as the planning and implementation of campaigns
  • Preparation and implementation of activation and posting plans for the DACH Performance contract partners (clubs, athletes, players, influencers) and implementation of the plans
  • Control and briefing of the agencies involved in the implementation of the activation plans, incl. budget responsibility
  • Creation of reports and media evaluations of the implemented projects and campaigns

Your Talent

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Sports Economics or Sports Management with a focus on Marketing
  • 2 years experience in the field of marketing in the sports/sports sponsoring industry (manufacturer or agency)
  • Industry knowledge and initial experience in the sports and fashion industry advantageous
  • Structured and accurate way of working and excellent project management
  • Experience in dealing with and managing external partners such as agencies desirable
  • Ability to think and act strategically and in a forward-looking entrepreneurial manner
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written as well as very good communication and presentation skills
  • Very good computer skills (Lotus, Windows Office, possibly graphics programs)
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and high flexibility
  • Self-assured appearance, assertiveness and service-orientation
