Your Mission

  • Responsible for the overall strategy and vision of PUMA’s visual experience team focusing on creating best in class consumer experiences across multiple touchpoints (physical and digital) within our wholesale and retail environments that bring our product and brand stories to life
  • Manage the conceptualization, development, and implementation of all visual experience, visual merchandising, shop concepts and visual branding propositions for North American region
  • Collaborate with visual experience stakeholders across the global and regional organizations (marketing, sales merchandising, operations, planning, retail, IT, global marketing) in order to concept, produce and execute concepts
  • Lead the development of the proper process and communication flows across internal and external areas to effectively deliver the required visual experiences
  • Set the appropriate strategy and team structure for in-store concept design, roll out, visual merchandising and refresh needs in NA market with key channels of distribution in mind
  • Develop visual experience performance KPI’s and monitor implemented solutions to ensure optimal consumer experience and business impact
  • Manage external agencies and partners to generate designs, renderings, production plans, VM solutions and maintenance plans as needed
  • Manage and maximize Visual Experience budget in tandem with finance and marketing operations inclusive of OPEX and CAPEX expenditures  
  • Oversee application of visual experiences via team members across PUMA owned showrooms, tradeshows, GTM milestone events and sell-in meetings
  • Manage and develop a team of experienced individuals and ensure growth and opportunities for learning, contribution and exposure to the organization  

Your Talent

  • 10+ years of experience in In-Store/Visual Merchandising in a retail environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams
  • Exceptional leadership ability with an eye for design and styling.  Demonstrated success in visual merchandising, innovation and implementation.
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas and lead teams from conception to implementation.
  • Strong management qualities:  approaches work with a mindset of collaboration, develops effective working relationships within the team, department and cross-functional team members.  Fosters a creative and inspiring environment.
  • Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in managing projects from concept to completion.  Demonstrates an understanding of materials, cost, and time requirements on projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.
  • Strength in presentation skills and ability to develop quality innovative presentations.
  • Flexibility to travel domestic and international.
