Your Mission

Support of selected customers

Execution of the complete order processing

Monitoring and maintenance of order balances

Work and audit of incoming orders

Tracking of on time deliveries

Combination of sales supporting information for PUMA customers

Key contact for all customer inqueries

Adjustment, communication and coordination with key account managers and their customers

Care of customer data and administrative tasks

Customer communication relevant to the order

Coordination and audit of returns

Your Talent

Successfully completed commercial education

Professional experience in the area of Customer Service
Business fluent German language skills
Safe handling with MS Office (especially Excel)
Independent way of working
Commitment and conscientiousness
Team player mentality
Customer-oriented thinking and action
Enjoy telephoning
