Your Mission

  • Account management assistance
  • Create and edit seasonal selling tools for Key Product Initiatives and Available Inventory
  • Assist with tracking shipments
  • Assist with customer order maintenance
  • Pull UPC code information as accounts request.
  • Scheduling appointments, calendar management
  • Assist with showroom set ups, become familiar with the showroom and product (groups, colors, prices)
  • Work with internal partners, including planning and sales reps, to maximize fill rate and ensure orders ship on time.
  • Participate in sales market appointments in the showroom and at tradeshows
  • Assist Sales Team with special projects as needed

Your Talent

  • Preferably seeking a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Sales-related
  • Familiarity with retail math, strong analytical, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be capable of learning new systems
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility.
  • Very strong computer skills, especially MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Must have strong initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and be detail oriented.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with all levels within and outside the company.
