Your Mission

  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF office
  • Growing Cobra Custom sales volume in the USA
  • Calling on Elite Fitting Accounts
  • Building sales plans and setting targets for Elite level fitting accounts
  • Working key markets with local sales reps to drive custom business with fitting accounts
  • Managing National Account custom initiatives at Golf Galaxy and PGATSS
  • Developing, scheduling and executing regional training initiatives at specialty fitting accounts

Your Talent

  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Financial savvy along with strong analytical ability and an overall business orientation.
  • 5-8+ years experience in hard goods sales, along with strong technical fitting skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout national market, 50% travel.
  • Based in Carlsbad, CA
  • Credible knowledge and experience at specialized fitting accounts is required.
  • Extensive COBRA PUMA Golf knowledge as well as golf club fitting experience are necessary to be successful in this role.
  • Supervisory experience is required along with proven leadership, communication, follow through, presentation and time management skills.
  • Must be able to convincingly monitor, produce, and present metrics, reports, and product information applying high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, to customers as well as COBRA PUMA Golf sales management, while meeting business deadlines and fulfilling supervisory responsibility.
