- Management of the purchase order process, overseeing the PO creating and updating purchase orders in SAP
- Management of the Delivery Tracking Process. Creating & Monitoring the shipment of goods from ex-factory to arrival at warehouse. Updating changes of information (PO's, CSD’s, shipping status, arrival of goods). Proactive communication to relevant teams.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the buying teams to monitor/share the delivery status and provide recommendations
- Monitoring stock and inventory for all retail channels, providing early & delayed delivery recommendations based on trade and inventory levels
- Responsible for the invoice approval, checking PO vs Received goods
- Analyze sales trends and stock levels across all channels
- Liaising with the Buying and Planning teams with updates on orders placed/on orders quantity’s per channel
