Your Mission

  • Be part of and drive strategic projects for our European Business, focusing on the transformation of the PUMA supply chain in Region Europe
  • Steer the project management for PUMA’s central European warehouse, including the support of future ramp-up phases, stabilization of operations & optimization of processes
  • Drive the weekly PMO cadence, including preparation and execution of progress review meetings, SteerCo meetings, etc.
  • Own the project progress tracking and reporting (e.g. project plan, project status and risks) and identify and mitigate potential roadblocks for the successful completion of the project
  • Support the project members in structuring critical activities and provide transparency to program management

Your Talent

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably within project management
  • Strong skills in project management with experience in managing complex projects related to IT and warehousing/distribution logistics
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and relevant project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA)
  • Highly structured mindset, able to grasp project interdependencies and complex processes
  • Ability to perform and set clear priorities even in complex and stressful situations
  • Very good communication skills; able to coordinate and interact with various stakeholders
  • Fluency in German (written & oral) and very good English skills (written & oral) required
  • Pro-active mindset, ability to think end-to-end
