PROJECT MANAGER STORE DEVELOPMENT RETAIL EUROPE

Your Mission

  • Management of multiple Store (FPS & FOC) development projects from A to Z assigned by the Head of Store Development and Real Estate Retail Europe
  • Development & coordination of project phasing to ensure the scheduled project delivery
  • Coordination of 3rd party consultants (i.e. local architects, general contractors, interior fit out companies, security system planner, light system planner, acoustic system planer, multimedia / digital signage planner, etc.)
  • Focus on the development & execution of store concept implementation, space planning & procurement activities while monitoring the project internal and external communication, budgets, and timelines
  • Engage on real estate location aspects once identified by the Head of Store Development and Real Estate Retail Europe and review / evaluate locations/units  in line with the respective lease agreements
  • Identification & preselection of suitable general contractors and management of tender development & RFP processes
  • Be on site to supervise the construction phase of the projects to ensure an accurate store development execution
  • Yearly review of vendors quality, timelines, and cost analysis focused on driving improvements

Your Talent

  • Bachelor or Master Degree respective field, focused on Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or building industry is a plus
  • Or minimum 5 year’s experience in Retail Operation with the focus on Store Development or Project Management (preferably on an international retail environment)
  • Experience in working with  of 3rd party consultants, external vendors, services suppliers ideally form the construction field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellence in managing multiple projects at once and operate under pressure
  • Business mind set, strong self organization, multi-tasking, problem solving skills are a must have  
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, DWG/CAD files
  • Proficient in English language (German or any additional EU language is a plus)
  • Travel in Europe required up to 50%
