Your Mission

You work as a Project Manager in the Global IT Infrastructure department. We empower the business by providing secure, reliable and sustainable IT services – this is our mission.

The seven teams are responsible to develop, implement and run infrastructure services for PUMA's business departments.

Your job is to manage medium and large size IT Infrastructure projects on a global scale independently. Leading local and virtual project teams, ensure satisfaction and collaboration with project stakeholders, executive leaders, and vendors is your strength.

Managing project deliverables, milestones and required tasks is your daily business to ensure that all projects progress on schedule and within budget is your responsibility.

You will coordinate internal and external teams and ensure that concerns are heard and adequately addressed.


Aside from the projects themselves, you will contribute to the continual improvement of the established Project Management methodology and work with IT and business function stakeholders in the definition, implementation, and improvement of core department processes. 

Your Talent

  • Project Management Institute certification or equivalent experience working in a PMO
  • 2+ years of project management experience in a technical environment
  • High affinity to the IT world is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage time
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a win
  • Strong MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm and drive to perform
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Flexible and highly motivated to work in an increasing area within a global multi-cultural team
  • Fluent in English
