Your Mission
Manages projects of medium to large size in accordance with PUMA Project Management Methodology and with support of the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO).
Ensures that all projects progress on schedule and within budget.
Directs and manages the overall work efforts of project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
Coordinate and tracks all issues and risks on a consistent basis.
Manages the scope of assigned projects through proper change management.
Ensures satisfaction and collaboration with project stakeholders, executive leaders, and vendors.
Works well with internal and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed.
Provides timely communication to project stakeholders.
Contributes to the continual improvement of the established Project Management Methodology.
Works with IT and business function stakeholders in the definition, implementation, and improvement of core department processes.
Maintains Project Management department document repository.
Perform ad hoc requests as needed.
