PROJECT MANAGER ECOMMERCE RUSSIA & UKRAINE

Your Mission

  • Create and own project plans for cross-functional projects that connect local or global IT systems (ERP, Order Management Systems, Point of Sale, Product Database) to puma.com and marketplaces
  • Lead the implementation of new eCom systems and processes from the definition of business requirements to the successful roll out
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers for the technical realization of projects and the optimization of business processes
  • Ensure a smooth integration through all eCom systems and interfaces
  • Automate processes for different eCom functions
  • IT budgeting and project planning, business case preparation
  • Proper project and process documentation on Confluence and Jira

Your Talent

  • Bachelor´s degree in preferably business informatics, project management, mathematics, physics, business, IT
  • Data driven approach and commercial awareness with a strong understanding of Project Management
  • Strong understanding of current E-Commerce trends
  • Strong attention to detail and being able to understand and articulate business requirements
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and result-driven
  • Fluency in English
  • Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences including vendors, executives, managers and subjects matter experts
