PROJECT MANAGER DIGITAL SOLUTIONS EUROPE

Your Mission

  • Be part of and drive the strategic European ERP transformation program by implementing and rolling out regional tools complementing the S/4 HANA ERP solution
  • Manage multiple projects within the European B2B Ecosystem landscape to deliver them with high quality on schedule, on scope and on budget (e.g. CRM)
  • Take over responsibility in project planning, execution, monitoring including steering of projects teams and stakeholder management
  • Provide transparency on progress and risks to program management office
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal (Business Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, IT, Business) and external stakeholders to ensure business satisfaction and project success
  • Support the digital solutions lead in designing and planning the digital solutions roadmap
  • Support the solution design based on briefed business requirements and facilitate technical interface discussions

Your Talent

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar 
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the area of project management of software projects
  • Familiarity with ERP projects, wholesale processes and relevant industry experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of (agile) project management methodologies
  • Core analytical and project management skills, including budget tracking, planning, reporting, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk management
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira/Confluence
  • Quick comprehension of relevant business processes and requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively operate in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, and effectively manage project changes
  • Business fluent in English
