Your Mission

  • Responsible for day-to-day business operation of the Ecommerce platform landscape with consideration to OMNI Channel. 

  • Lead the definition and improvement of business operational processes as they relate to the applicable platforms and its tools. Understand business opportunities, the front-end (User Experience) technical landscape, back-end (site performance and process efficiencies), and defining opportunities that will support the business team in achieving their objectives 

  • Drive the process to scope detailed product requirements and prioritize key platform enhancements and projects successfully (on budget, on time, of quality) 

  • Manage, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly development throughput, capacity, and budget. 

  • Analysis and monitoring of platform processes finding improvement opportunities and ensuring platform health. 

  • Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with our internal, Global, and Third-Party partners.

Your Talent

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce and Retail Web operations and product management  

  • Agile Project Management experience preferred  

  • Demandware SFCC SFRA platform and Amazon Web Services experience is preferred and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus 

  • Analytics and web-based monitoring tools experience critical  

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in person and virtually. 

  • Ability to conceptualize and capture robust business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for external web development 

  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels (Internal, Global team, Third Party vendors) 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams with direct/indirect reports.
