Your Talent
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experiences in Sporting Good Industry preferably in Equipment (global function)
- Good general knowledge of the sporting goods industry trends, market and consumer trends for the product line and the competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills & excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good presenting skills, including creation of high-quality, accurate and engaging content.
- Teamplayer
- Requires domestic & international business travel
This opportunity will be available in full time or part time
Your Mission
- Analyze product, consumer and competitive trends in the market in regard to equipment
- Develop forecasts and sales analysis for the equipment business
- Develop collection and "go-to-market" strategies for the entire equipment range
- Create detailed product and product marketing briefings for selected equipment products each season
- Manage the equipment product creation process, including the gathering of input from countries
- Follow up the development of the equipment products, including proto reviews in the respective factories
- Utilize market knowledge to provide clear product direction and briefing to Design
- Cooperate with design and development teams to ensure that final collection reaches market needs
- Carry out briefings to develop product marketing tools (including packaging, on product assets etc.)
- Present strategy and product lines for international partners and key accounts
- Prepare the Retail/Wholesale support of order windows
- Plan prototype/sample requirements
- Coordinate product lines and required price positioning as well as control final Free on Board (FOB) prices considering target margins
- Drive and co-ordinate information between PUMA International and Regions concerning equipment products.
