Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies:
- University degree in Business, fashion management or Marketing
- Minimum 3-5 years of international Footwear experience abroad or in a similar position with a top tier international sports company
- Very good knowledge and passion for the sport, consumer trends as well as the sportswear market in India
- Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment

Your Mission
Key Objectives:
- Develop collection and Go-to-Market strategies for assigned product lines
- Closely collaborate with global Product Line Management team based in HQ, Germany to comprehend product strategies and deliver against global KPI’s and implement these locally
- Cooperate with local Merchandising, Design and Development to ensure that the final collection is reflecting market needs
- Drive the product creation process based on the seasonal calendar
- Prepare market and competitor studies on an international level and specific for the Indian market as well as analyze forecasts and sales data
- Present the product lines to local partners and key accounts
- Plan, coordinate and final check of the instore date/product flow
- Check the final Free on Board-prices considering given target margins
- Collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support
