Your Talent
Education:
University degree in Labour Law or a related field (Possibility to make an University Agreement)
Capabilities:
Strong organizational abilities, resilience, problem solving and collaboration/teamwork.
Good communication skills: internal/external with the purpose of work effectively.
Service orientation.
Taking ownership of your work and ideas and being able to make an impact while developing our “Forever Faster” philosophy.
Specialized skills:
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Area language and English fluent (written and oral).
Your Mission
PUMA Iberia is looking for a full time P&O Intern for our HQ located in Cornellà de Llobregat. This role will be in contact with the different roles in our department, providing administrative and operational support to all of them.
The tasks are based on the planification, organization and follow up of periodic internal activities in P&O.
YOUR MISSION:
CONTRACTS & DOCUMENTS
Consolidate, check, and send to our internal signature portal.
Be the support for P&O Retail on the contracts process.
DATA ACCURACY
Support on Learning activities:
FUNDAE follow up
Suppliers follow up (new activations & others).
Planification, execution and checking of the data entry in P&O Systems for the following processes:
Job posting on the system
CVs filters.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Support on the contact for the PRL provider, giving and sending all requested documentation:
Collect and send all necessary doc+info for Health&Safety providers for the different Business Units.
NEW JOINERS
Organize the different activities for new joiners in WHL area:
Induction Plans
Interns follow-up
Onboarding process
ADMIN SUPPORT
Support the different areas on P&O matters.
