Collaborate with Sales Management to develop top-down and bottom-up seasonal and annual Channel and Key Account plans by utilizing historical analysis, strategic direction and organizational targets.
Communicate rolling and final Channel plans along with strategic rationale and collaborate with Merchandising counterparts to ensure effective and efficient seasonal range planning.
Manage Channel and Key Account business plans that drive maximum selling and profitability performance at retailer door level.
Own Channel plan tracking process, trend forecasting, post season analysis and the communication of variances as well as supporting rationale to Sales and Supply Planning counterparts.
Responsible for managing all Markdowns, Cancels, Returns, and Discount budgets.
Review, analyze and report weekly Channel and Key Account shipping, open order and LE status information. Create proactive action plans based on analysis and recommend to Sales and Key Account counterparts.
Conceptualize, develop, implement, maintain, and drive adoption of Microsoft Power BI based reporting and act as the main stakeholder and point of contact within Wholesale organization
Develop comprehensive Retailer sales data reporting solutions, providing analysis and empowering key business partners to make data-based decisions to drive their business at retail and deliver upon strategic priorities
Executes day-to-day financial reporting responsibilities for multiple business units to include the review and distribution of financial data, scorecard preparation and explanations and various other financial and trending reports.

Lead Wholesale through innovation and implementation of best practices, new technology, and process change to drive increased operational productivity and resulting in increased sales and profitability
