Your Mission

  • Identify and evaluate new trends in eCommerce Payments, Fraud Prevention and Risk Management to ensure a high check-out conversion rate and a superior customer experience
  • Lead the implementation of new payment methods and related services from the definition of business requirements to the successful roll out
  • Implement and manage anti-fraud strategies with 3rd party vendors to maintain low fraud levels and a satisfying customer experience
  • Review PUMA.com eCom transactions to stop fraudulent orders and identify crime patterns
  • Conduct in depth analyses about the connection between payment methods, fraud prevention measures and the check-out conversion rate
  • Create and monitor KPI reports in Google Analytics and Power BI to ensure a high system performance or discover irregularities
  • Support customer service with inquiries related to payment processes and system behavior
  • Coordinate and execute the testing of new functionalities in frontend and backend systems; Provide detailed test scenarios and feedback

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or similar field
  •  2-3 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, Payments, Risk Management or related areas
  • Experience in coordinating internal and external service providers
  • Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
  • Profound analytical skills and ability to work with details; Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Fluent in German and English
