Your Mission

- Coordinate the profile taking for the publication of the positions through the different platforms of PUMA to reach a high level of candidates for each process;
- Coordinate the interview process, in accordance with the policy defined by PUMA, in order to ensure that candidates comply with the profile, values ​​and organizational culture;
- Coordinate the induction process of new PUMA employees in order to achieve a quick adaptation to the company and position.

Your Talent

- More than 5 years of experience in the area or in similar positions, working with competency interview;
- Advanced English;
- Psychologist;
- Self-management;
- Planning and Organization.
