Your Mission

  • Creation of a seasonal product range for the assigned business segment
  • Analysis of KPI’s to achieve given targets
  • Preparation of seasonal pricing strategy for the assigned business segment
  • Preparation of selling tools at every stage of the Go To Market process
  • Presentation of the created range for internal sales teams and company’s key accounts
  • Participation in merchandising and sales meetings during the GTM process (Poland, Czech Republic, Germany)
  • Implementing of the Brand’s product strategies on local markets
  • Sharing accurate forecasts for factories

Your Talent

  • University degree
  • 2 years of experience in a business related to sports-lifestyle (Merchandising, Retail or Sales)
  • Knowledge of the market in the assigned business segment
  • Presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and high analytical skills
  • Ability to learn various business systems e.g. SAP, Board
  • Driving license
