In this role you are responsible for accelerating the PUMA direct to consumer EU ecommerce business through performance marketing activities on Amazon Marketing Services, Zalando Marketing Services, etc.
Develop, plan, and execute the performance marketing strategy for driving revenue via marketplaces like Amazon, About You, eBay, OTTO, Zalando etc.
Take over all key responsibilities, define and monitor the marketing budget and business KPIs for new and existing marketplaces and manage them to performance, efficiency, and profitability
Use your data-driven mindset and your operative experience to troubleshoot campaigns, optimize partner performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
Work in cross-functional teams in order to plan and execute campaigns to reach our goals
Leverage any upper-funnel activations via other teams to drive mid-lower funnel KPIs
Oversee promotional marketing efforts, including deals, flash sales, promotions, and sponsored products, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners
Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and solutions for the marketplace setup
