Your Mission

In this role you are responsible for accelerating the PUMA direct to consumer EU ecommerce business through performance marketing activities on Amazon Marketing Services, Zalando Marketing Services, etc.

  • Develop, plan, and execute the performance marketing strategy for driving revenue via marketplaces like Amazon, About You, eBay, OTTO, Zalando etc.

  • Take over all key responsibilities, define and monitor the marketing budget and business KPIs for new and existing marketplaces and manage them to performance, efficiency, and profitability

  • Use your data-driven mindset and your operative experience to troubleshoot campaigns, optimize partner performance, and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Work in cross-functional teams in order to plan and execute campaigns to reach our goals

  • Leverage any upper-funnel activations via other teams to drive mid-lower funnel KPIs

  • Oversee promotional marketing efforts, including deals, flash sales, promotions, and sponsored products, etc.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners

  • Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and solutions for the marketplace setup

Your Talent

  • Bachelor or Masters education in relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing / PPC in a B2C environment
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketplace Marketing, especially ZMS and/or AMS
  • Experience with a sports, premium, fashion brand/retailer, is a plus
  • Strong commercial drive and analytical skills
  • Data and results driven
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Highly collaborative and have the ability to work within a cross-functional (international) organization
