We have a great opportunity to join our Marketing team in the role of Marketing Manager – Sportstyle. This is a temporary opportunity, covering a period of maternity leave.
This role will lead, plan, execute and monitor all Sportstyle Marketing strategies and activities to achieve brand desirability and commercial objectives.
Some of the key responsibilities also include:
Manage and implement Brand Women’s and Sportstyle communication strategy for Oceania with the aim to authenticate PUMA as a leading Women’s and Sports Style Brand in Oceania with a focus on driving sell through
Implement seasonal global marketing priorities within Oceania for the Sportstyle and women’s category
Develop and implement Women’s and Sportstyle marketing strategy and plans alongside sales, retail and merchandising.
Ensure alignment across all key marketing communication channels (Paid, earned, owned media, Social and Digital, Events and Activations.
Work alongside Commercial Marketing Manager to develop and manage the Marketing Plans and Account Relationship for PUMAs Key Women’s and Sportstyle distribution channels
In collaboration with the PR agency identify and leverage a variety of opportunities
Establish an influencer strategy to support brand awareness and product sell through in Puma own stores and key retail partners
Where relevant assist with leveraging local Ambassadors and Athletes to drive sell through results for the brand within the Oceania marketplace
Lead the Marketing Coordinator to support the wider Brand marketing team
Manage agency partners to deliver the best results and value for the brand
Manage internal stakeholder relationships and develop strong working relationships with peers locally and globally
Manage and adhere to Marketing and OPEX budget
