Your Mission

This role will be joining PUMA’s People & Organization team at a critical point in the company’s growth trajectory where the North American Regional office and Boston International teams unify in a new corporate headquarters that will house over 500 employees.  The newly created Workplace Experience function will act as a catalyst for accelerating workplace energy, boost employee fun & wellness, and create best in class workplace programs to facilitate employee engagement and connections.  The Manager, Workplace Experience will manage two direct reports, the Receptionist and a Coordinator. 

  • Work closely with the Facilities and People & Organization teams, business leaders, and employees to understand the PUMA culture, brand values, business goals and focus areas to create a world-class on-site experience

  • Direct team against daily operations by ensuring operational excellence and improving office efficiency, performance and quality

  • Develop, budget and manage employee programs, events and meet-ups that enhance the overall people experience and create employee connections

  • Act as the eyes and the ears of the office, gathering authentic feedback through surveys to inform and enhance offerings

  • Create a calendar of events; publish and promote content for our internal communication channels

  • Manage the operations, implementation of services and 3rd party suppliers aligned with our programs

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Act as a conduit to the local Somerville community to foster partnerships and establish a network

  • Work together with the People & Organization Partners and Facilities to drive health, risk management and safety initiatives

  • Partner closely with our internal employee-run committee on 4 key pillars- Social, Sport, Community & Brand Activations

  • Collaborate with Facilities and IT to ensure building and technology are fully operational, clean and processes are running efficiently

Your Talent

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated facilities, workplace, office management or event planning role

  • Intensely service-minded (experience in concierge, hospitality, service industry preferred)

  • Positive, high-energy, and FUN– ready to be PUMA’s hype person

  • Experience in event planning and execution

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, communication and collaboration skills that lead, influence and encourage others

  • A creative team player; resourceful and innovative

  • Proven ability to think strategically, socialize and implement ideas from ideation to evaluation

  • Flexible, agile individual who can quickly adapt to the ever-changing needs of our workplace and employees

  • In-office presence is required - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
