Your Mission

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnern (Customer Service, Sales) sowie mit Logistikdienstleistern für Wholesale Central Europe
  • Bestimmung und Überwachung wesentlicher Supply Chain KPIs sowie SLAs im Rahmen bestehender Verträge mit Logistikdienstleistern, Einleitung von Regulierungsmaßnahmen
  • Analyse, Überwachung und Regelung von Schnittstellenbewegungen zwischen ERP- und WMS-Systemen
  • Vorbereitung und Analyse der Berichterstattung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit PUMA-Tochtergesellschaften und Logistikdienstleistern im internationalen Umfeld
  • Projekte sowie operative Initiativen definieren, starten und vorantreiben, Lösungen für Prozessverbesserungen vorschlagen
  • Prozesse analysieren, Standards definieren, implementieren und die Definition und Implementierung standardisierter logistischer Prozesse nachverfolgen
  • Entwicklung einer Methode des Änderungsmanagements, einschließlich der Verantwortung an Dokumentationsbibliotheken, Prozessschulungen und Kommunikationsplänen usw.
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle von Projektmeilensteinen, Aufgaben, Umfang, Fristen, Ausgaben und Risiken, die sich auf Projekte auswirken

Your Talent

  • Studienabschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Logistikrelevante Berufserfahrung, 3 - 5 Jahre im Bereich Logistik, Warehousing oder Supply Chain Management
  • Hohe Affinität für IT, Prozesse und Systeme
  • Kenntnisse über Trends und Entwicklungen in der Logistik
  • Erfahrung im Change- und Wissensmanagement
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und lösungsorientierte Einstellung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamplayer, der/die Herausforderungen mit Begeisterung angeht
  • Unternehmerisches Denken mit positiver Einstellung und Spaß an der Arbeit
