Your Mission

  • Support the strategic planning process for PUMA North America in areas such as overall regional strategy, organizational strategy, and commercial strategy

  • Collaborate on the creation and execution of departmental and company-wide presentations, town halls and reports

  • Execute tracking and reporting of key corporate initiatives

  • Develop relationships and work cross functionally to gather and compile information needed for meetings and presentations

  • Provide administrative support as needed for senior level meetings, workshops and planning sessions

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support key strategic projects and drive critical decision making

  • Analyze competitor and marketplace strategies and performance to identify opportunities or threats across the North American region

  • Explore, evaluate and propose opportunities to drive corporate innovation

  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA Brand Values (Brave, Confident, Determined Joyful) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices

Your Talent

  • 3-5 Years experience in a Communications, Business, Strategy, or related field.

  • Incredible attention to detail and deadline driven

  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills ensuring the ability to interact with the executive team, third party partners and peers in an effective manner

  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including the ability to build impactful and creative Powerpoint presentations

  • Creative and capable of thinking outside the box to create content and solve problems

  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally

  • Willingness to take initiative and propose and execute projects independently

  • Comfortable with diverse and dynamic activities as well as prioritization

  • Footwear/Apparel industry experience a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimal travel required
