Your Mission

  • Manage & strategize for all global organic social handles across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, & Spotify 
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social communication plans (content calendar, rollouts, ambassador briefs, consumer journey decks) working cross functionally and serving as the connector with multiple BUs, the creative content team and Social Analytics Team
  • Support the Team Head, Global Social Media in developing content calendars to support key communication priorities for PUMA social from a product and brand messaging standpoint 
  • Work closely with the creative content team to partner on content needs for all social channels and communicate effectively to ensure alignment 
  • Charged with social brainstorms for key initiatives (in strong partnership with content team) 
  • Assist in the creation of briefs for brand ambassadors for non-shoot content 
  • Assist in execution of process, documentation and global social process to improve internal and global/regional communication and efficiency. 
  • Oversee distribution of global social media calendar
  • Schedule & publish social posts, in partnership with other members of the Global Social Media team
  • Work hand in hand with the Social Analytics Team to ensure content and calendar ladder up to KPIs and performance
  • Stay up to speed on social trends.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication (or related field)
  • Must have 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience and familiarity with the sporting goods, fashion and the lifestyle space
  • Should have an global mindset
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • An all-round knowledge of sports & sports culture
  • Must be highly collaborative and have the ability to work within a cross-functional team; matrixed global organization
  • International travel up to 25% annually.
