Your Mission

  • Work with the Head of Golf to manage the day to day business operations with the top key accounts in Canada.
  • Assist with the maintenance and execution of sales programs.
  • Complete all verification of EDI orders which are submitted and ensure accuracy of submissions.
  • Complete verification of all customer purchase orders submitted.
  • Manage special Vendor Agreement programs.
  • Communicate the setup of all new accounts (credit applications to credit with detailed information).
  • Work with procurement team and 3PL to ensure sales goals and targets are met based on product delivery schedules
  • Establish monthly forecasts for inbound and outbound goods for 3PL
  • Coordinate style master maintenance with the appropriate product line manager.  This includes deadlines for initial style set up (when samples are ordered), cancelled and re-orderable style codes, season code maintenance, closeout pricing by published deadline, and standard cost adjustments prior to the arrival of the goods.
  • Supervise the execution of customer specific requirements (labeling, ticketing, packaging, package sets)

Your Talent

  • Four years of experience in a focused, customer service oriented environment (preferably in golf industry). 
  • Success in this position is dependent upon individual’s proven abilities for communication, organization, decision-making and analytical skills. 
  • Demonstrated computer skills with an above average proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to travel
