MANAGER PROCESS FRAMEWORK EUROPE

• Participate in and drive the strategic European ERP transformation program by playing a central role in the business preparation and foundation phase of our rollout projects into wholesale markets. 
• Support the wholesale process framework lead in designing and executing the concept and content of the preparation for each ERP rollout. 

• Manage business readiness activities (e.g., operating model assessment, …) 
• Collaborate with business process management teams to design and execute end-to-end process gap-fit assessments  
• Contribute to the creation of a business process cornerstone documentation to facilitate discussions from business point of view 
• Maintain the logic and structure of the European business process house in close alignment with business process managers 

• Educational background in business administration, business informatics or similar   
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in business process management 
• Familiarity with ERP projects and wholesale processes as well as relevant industry experience (sports/fashion) is a plus  
• Ability to capture and visualize business processes in a structured way, adapted to the target audience  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively operate in cross-functional teams  
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, e.g. for leading workshops  
• Fluent in verbal and written business English
