We are looking for a Manager Planning & Operations for our wholesale Team in Central Europe. One part of the job is to facilitate all processes around our frequent sales planning milestones. Besides that, the job requires to look beyond the area of sales planning. You need to bridge the sales planning to other planning and forecasting processes within Central Europe. In other words, you will get involved in the demand/purchasing forecast as well logistical planning (e.g., Inventory and outbound deliveries). • Take ownership for various planning processes in Central Europe
• Analyze and critically review the planning data
• Develop and maintain new planning templates
• Simulate different planning scenarios and highlight risks & opportunities
• Drive initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of the planning processes
• Prepare concise management overviews and present results to the Senior Management Team of Central Europe
• Analyze data on an ad hoc basis to support the decision-making process of the Central Europe Sales Management Team
• Support projects and other tasks within the Sales Development Team for Central Europe

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or similar field
• Relevant working experience in either Controlling, Business Analytics, Planning & Purchasing for at least 2-3 years
• Outstanding analytical and numerical skills
• Passion for delivering data-based recommendations and a talent for story telling based on data
• Team player who tackles challenges with enthusiasm
• Strong Microsoft Office Package skills – highly proficient Excel skills required; Power-BI and power query experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Basic project management skills, ideally including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset 
• High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both verbally and written
