Your Mission

  • Lead the facilitation of Retail learning programs across the North American Region including Canada

  • Conduct new Store Manager Induction Training at the New Store Managers Meeting

  • Work closely with the Retail leadership team to identify learning needs to develop store Associates skills and knowledge, and support key training initiatives embracing a continuous-learning culture

  • Partner to develop and validate tools to measure employee productivity

  • Oversee Ecommerce Customer Service training programs including delivery of new product overview

  • Track and administer mandatory learning programs for new hires and annual completion requirements

  • Manage the required Canadian provincial health and safety training, and maintain the 1% Training Law compliance

  • Identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvements to drive employee engagement and retention

  • Evaluate the analysis of learner feedback and make recommendations to promote continuous improvement of learning programs

  • Manage Global relationships to roll out key learning platforms

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ Years of experience working in a training facilitator capacity or relevant Retail training experience

  • Experience supporting Retail learning programs

  • Understanding of competency models, career planning and learning management tools

  • Possess analytical skills and the ability to evaluate trends and make business recommendations

  • Workday experience beneficial

  • 25% Travel
