Your Mission

  • Manage the design development, production, and execution of all PUMA related visual experience concepts, spaces and properties in assigned wholesale channels (ex: Athletic Specialty and City Specialty) as well as our NYC Flagship and Assembly Row employee stores through partnership with cross functional multi-channel partners as it relates to asset development, delivery, update, and removal
  • Support the Senior Managers of Visual Experience and Visual Merchandising and other cross functional in-store experience stakeholders to ensure flawless, best-in-class execution and maintenence at all points of consumer interaction
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal creative agency (ICA), account marketing partners, and production agencies in order to execute projects pre-and-post production
  • Develop and manage maintenance and refresh schedules for all graphic and visual experience elements needed within assigned wholesale accounts and owned-and-operated doors; coordinate with retailers, marketing partners and agencies in order to execute, from brief to installation
  • Partnering with Associate Manager of Environmental Design, manage the technical rendering (a.k.a. mocking up) of existing (or if needed, modification of) creative assets to fit a variety of consumer experience environments for sell-in and sell-through application
  • Creating vendor purchase orders for project work and follow up on vendor payments
  • All other ad-hoc projects as requested or assigned

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Fashion Merchandising or other design related field with 5+ years experience in project management preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand
  • Ability to understand floor plans and design work
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills with the ability to be seen as a team player, adhere to tight deadlines, and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign) with the ability to resize images for print production
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling software (3D design, Auto CAD & Sketch up) is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time (weekends or overnight works might be required)
  • Ability to climb up and down ladders, frequently lift merchandise/fixtures up to 20-40 lbs
  • This role is currently based in the Westford, MA office but in mid-2021, this role will transition to the new office building in Assembly Row, Somerville MA
