Financial and KPI development. Partner with eCommerce, Marketing and Finance to forecast commercial, user and conversion goals.
Drive exceptional experience. Work across the organization to ideate and create differentiation, removing friction and optimizing conversion for key journeys.
Collaborative planning and execution. Lead and support the vision for the app, our product roadmap, and data collection strategy.
Measure and analyze – partner with analytics team to develop, measure and distribute KPIs and unlock data driven insight and conduct research to identify new opportunities.
App excellence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends and emerging capabilities and competitor activity in the mobile app space to instigate change.
