Your Mission

  • Strategic Planning.  Develop and support our business strategy in conjunction with our regional and global eCommerce leadership team. 

  • Financial and KPI development.  Partner with eCommerce, Marketing and Finance to forecast commercial, user and conversion goals. 

  • Drive exceptional experience.  Work across the organization to ideate and create differentiation, removing friction and optimizing conversion for key journeys. 

  • Collaborative planning and execution.  Lead and support the vision for the app, our product roadmap, and data collection strategy. 

  • Measure and analyze  partner with analytics team to develop, measure and distribute KPIs and unlock data driven insight and conduct research to identify new opportunities. 

  • App excellence.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends and emerging capabilities and competitor activity in the mobile app space to instigate change. 

Your Talent

  • 8-10 years of industry experience working on mobile app. 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) 

  • Experience launching mobile application products in retail, brand or related industry. 

  • Proven prior knowledge and experience successfully delivering / improving mobile apps. 

  • Understanding agile software development process. 

  • Experience creating, launching, and communicating customer experience and product strategies. 

  • Demonstrated financial acumen of commercial plans from a budgeting and forecasting perspective 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (comfortable communicating with a leadership team)

  • Desire to work in a global environment 

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and work independently to achieve successful results with minimal guidance. 

  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking about business challenges from different perspectives 

  • Leverage data driven analysis to drive roadmap development and prioritization. 

  • Technical understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) 

  • Hands-on attitude and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment is a must.
