Your Mission

  • Work in partnership with Global and Local product teams to curate and create seasonal product assortments that support brand initiatives, are market-right and consumer centric.

  • Provide actionable product and market feedback to Global creation teams to optimize seasonal product offers.  Identify growth levers and white spaces within the global product offer and provide actionable and qualified solutions to fill range gaps.

  • Act as the lead in the local creation process inclusive of detailed product briefings, product and design reviews and feedbacks, vetting of margin and pricing and sample approvals.

  • Proactive lifecycle management of key franchises, development of meaningful line extensions and derivatives, and the creation of the right balance of new and continuing product.

  • Partner with the Sales organization on Key Account strategies and distribution planning and make compelling account presentation at key milestones.

  • Work in partnership with Merchandising Director to create range forecasts and administrate seasonal sample ordering for the channel.

  • Creation and maintenance of seasonal selling tools inclusive of range overviews, visual line plans and trend and story pack presentations.

  • Administration of merchandising planning tools inclusive of seasonal product selections, maintain regional pricing and master line plan maintenance.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple seasons, projects and overlapping deadlines will be key.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field required

  • 8+ years’ experience in merchandising, integrated retail, or product creation related role

  • Passion for footwear and the athletic industry

  • Women’s and Kid’s footwear experience preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI

  • Experience in a cross functional work environment, project management or matrix organization

  • Team player with ability to work under pressure

  • Attention to detail, structured and process oriented

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives

  • Experience in account management either in sales or merchandising

  • Ability to travel 40% of time, and work occasional nights and weekends
