We are seeking a dynamic and results driven candidate to lead our pure-play marketplace within our eCommerce team. Directly manage sales, marketing and operations to create demand and drive consumer engagement in channels we operate. In this role, we are seeing a leader to accelerate growth, be a valued business leader and drive our roadmap in offsite direct selling channels.
Lead and own: develop and execute strategy for marketplace programs as well as evaluate new opportunities to expand our reach and demand.
Establish financial targets and objectives: develop commercial goals through annual budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
Partner and Collaborate: manage internal teams & stakeholders and external relationships to drive product, price and marketing opportunities to drive impressions, sales and ROAS.
Plan and execute: create channel specific promotional & pricing, marketing and optimization plans to test, adapt and scale business
Measure & analyze. Develop and report against KPIs, trends and insight across our marketplace business.
Operational and technical excellence. Champion optimizations of product and order infrastructure/integrations to drive world class operations and consumer experience.
Manage & Lead. Oversee (1) direct report; create development plan to stretch and grow capabilities
