Your Mission

  • Manage existing and further develop all online-to-offline marketing activities for the European Factory Outlet channel
  • Plan and facilitate execution of traffic-driving initiatives for PUMA Factory Outlets
  • Maximize the performance of customer-facing communication for Factory Outlets with a special focus on stand-alone locations and top tier stores
  • Manage marketing partnership with European Factory Outlet operators, maximizing the brand’s exposure through these partners
  • Identify marketing communication content needs and opportunities, create communication plans in alignment with the campaign calendar
  • Track, analyze and communicate campaign results, assess and increase return on investment and scalability
  • Work closely with Marketing Production and Digital Marketing teams to ensure consistency across all communications
  • Manage communication budget allocation and ensure adherence to budget plans

Your Talent

  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing
  • Proven track record in digital marketing / online-to-offline / performance marketing
  • Commercial mindset and strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications (or related field)
  • Excellent language skills in English required, other European languages are a plus
  • Experience in the sports / fashion industry is a plus
  • Project management experience is a plus
