Your Mission

  • Responsible for managing the relationships with PUMA’s key soccer athletes, partners and events as well as building and executing plans to maximize them
  • Responsible for concepting and executing marketing plans for key athlete maximization inclusive of grassroots events as well as social & digital programming
  • Responsibility for management of key athletes, inclusive of product ordering and calendar management
  • Responsible for managing the marketing strategy around key partners (inclusive of leagues & clubs), ensuring they tie back to larger soccer brand & business goals
  • Responsible for driving our grassroots soccer activation strategy within the youth soccer landscape in the US
  • Increase PUMA brand awareness, visibility and desirability by developing and executing compelling, on brand commercially relevant marketing & maximization plans that ultimately drive demand for PUMA soccer product
  • Partner with sales & merchandising team members to strategically design plans that support key product & business needs within the soccer category
  • Support Marketing Leadership Team on all aspects of the Go-To-Market Process
  • Meet deadlines, leading internal teams, accurately budget/forecast, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications
  • At least 4-6 years of brand, product or retail marketing
  • Management Experience
  • Strong Knowledge of sneaker, sport, music and fashion industries
  • Strong Knowledge of the soccer category
  • Strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and an effective communicator
  • Must possess strong presentation skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent writing and organization skills a must
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited day-to-day direction
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms
  • 15% Travel
