- Develop knowledge of the 2nd & 3rd level support teams for the deployed POS applications and connected systems
- Manage further development and improvement of the POS connected IT systems globally
- Close cooperation with the POS solution architects
- Support continuous improvement for retail store connected IT systems
- Manage testlabs, knowledge transfer, change management for POS and connected IT systems
- Build POS operational standards for POS support teams
- Support and participation in international projects in the field of IT Retail
- Communication and coordination with internal and external business partners.
