Your Mission

  • You create and execute PUMA’s global Internal Communications strategy
  • You identify and research topics for internal communications that need to be addressed
  • You create English-language content for our internal communication channels (PUMA’s employee magazine CATch Up, Intranet)
  • You further develop the setup, structure and functionality of internal communication channels
  • You manage internal communication projects with internal stakeholders
  • You manage agency support
  • You moderate internal events and act as an internal spokesperson
  • You organize and manage video and photo shoots
  • You build strong relations and an extensive network within the company
  • You track the success of PUMA’s internal communication activities by monitoring and further developing KPI’s

Your Talent

  • University degree, ideally in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, etc
  • Five years of professional experience in Internal Communications or Journalism
  • German or English native speaker
  • Excellent command of both German and English language skills required
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Good storytelling skills and news judgement
  • Experience in managing agencies and contractors and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexible team player with a hands-on mentality that likes to take on responsibility
  • Positions requires relocation to Herzogenaurach/the area around
