Your Mission

  • Design and manage all eCommerce reporting to support internal functions’ needs including operation, merchandising and marketing;
  • Access to current data resources/tools (SAP, marketplaces’ store back-end, Tmall strategy center, Tmall Databank, Alimama, Operation Partner OMS, Adobe Analytics, etc.);
  • Work closely with internal IT BI team for any potential company system improvement or adjustment in order to fulfill eComm related reporting needs in timely and accurate manners;
  • Support eCommerce Director to ensure business objectives are achieved through constant monitoring of KPIs and constant analyzing the business performance and status;
  • Maintain and provide all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting from a variety of data sources to coworkers, manager and senior management.
  • Provide any and all ad-hoc market research or performance report to assess marketing tactics performance;
  • Assist eCommerce Director to develop mid-term and long-term strategic business plan;
  • Assist eCommerce Director in budget and P&L preparation;
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc business analysis in the areas of business status, market trends, target consumers, competitions;
  • Ensure eCommerce business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for optimizing business process and improving cost efficiency;

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, mathematics or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experiences in business analysis, management consulting, finance, or related field;
  • eCommerce business related experiences preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in forecasting sales and margin as well as being able to build financial models for analyzing potential future project investments
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (English and Chinese)
  • Excel, PPT and BI tool such as PowerBI, etc.
