In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office in Assembly Row Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office.
Responsible for day-to-day business operation of the Ecommerce platform landscape with consideration to OMNI Channel.
Lead the definition and improvement of business operational processes as they relate to the applicable platforms and its tools. Understand business opportunities, the front-end (User Experience) technical landscape, back-end (site performance and process efficiencies), and defining opportunities that will support the business team in achieving their objectives
Drive the process to scope detailed product requirements and prioritize key platform enhancements and projects successfully (on budget, on time, of quality)
Manage, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly development throughput, capacity, and budget.
Analysis and monitoring of platform processes finding improvement opportunities and ensuring platform health.
Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with our internal, Global, and Third-Party partners.
