Your Mission

  • This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand based in Carlsbad, CA.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations including product management, inventory management, site merchandising and site categorization.
  • Execute product content set-up for all new product introductions, including product detail pages, product landing pages, category pages and cart price rules.
  • Effectively merchandise product pages in a manner that balances key marketing initiatives and brand focus while keeping conversion rates and profitability top of mind.
  • Drive sales by using flows to up sell/cross sell products, and create collection specific content to enhance conversion.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to gain a full understanding of all content (email, social, display, search, digital integrations, etc.) potentially driving traffic back to our website.
  • Lead monthly email and SMS marketing strategy and execution. Continually test and optimize automated email flows to improve engagement.
  • Manage CRM strategy leveraging loyalty programs and all other tools to re-engage lapsed customers, grow customer LTV, and purchase frequency.
  • Utilize relevant reporting and analysis tools to communicate trends and SKU level performance.
  • Develop strategic product planning and forecasting to ensure inventory matches demand.
  • Partner with web development team to assist in management, execution and QA of site enhancements.
  • Maximize web store performance with particular focus on making continuous improvements in online customer experience, site shopability, reviews, site search, search engine optimization and product optimization.
  • Develop appropriate messaging and offers based on customer journey and past purchasing behavior.
  • Partner with our Customer Service team to resolve any product or inventory related issues.

Your Talent

  • 5+ years of E-commerce consumer products selling/marketing.
  • Relevant experience with B2C E-commerce merchandising and marketing in consumer goods, ideally in sporting goods and/or apparel/footwear/accessories categories
  • Hands-on experience managing SKUs and categories through various website platforms, especially Shopify Plus
  • Proficient use of Google Marketing toolkit (analytics shopping, ads)
  • Experience with ESP email marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and proactive, strategic thought-process
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced environment while handling multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, scheduling, and organization skills
  • Strong ability to regularly act with immediacy, consistent communication, and clear expectations
